เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงบูดาเปสต์ จัดกิจกรรมเนื่องในโอกาสวันสงกรานต์

เมื่อวันที่ 12 เมษายน 2554 เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงบูดาเปสต์ กฤต ไกรจิตติ ได้เป็นเจ้าภาพจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อเป็นสิริมงคลเนื่องในโอกาสวันสงกรานต์แก่ชาวไทยในฮังการี ณ ทำเนียบเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ด้วยการจัดงานพิธีสงฆ์ตักบาตรถวายภัตตาหารเพลแด่พระนพพร ฐิตวโรภิกขุ (เจ้าอาวาสวัดญาณสังวร กรุงเวียนนา) รวมทั้ง การสรงน้ำพระพุทธรูป

ในโอกาสนี้ มีชาวไทยในฮังการี พร้อมด้วยข้าราชการของสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ และครอบครัว รวมทั้ง ชาวฮังการีที่เป็นมิตรของประเทศไทย เข้าร่วมงานเกือบ 100 คน และภายหลังเสร็จสิ้นพิธีฯ เอกอัครราชทูตฯ และภริยา ได้เป็นเจ้าภาพจัดเลี้ยงรับประทานอาหารไทยร่วมกัน

 

The Royal Thai Embassy in Hungary organised activities to celebrate the Songkran Festival

On 12 April 2011, H.E. Mr. Krit Kraichitti, the Thai Ambassador to Hungary led members of the Thai community in Hungary together with officials of the Embassy and their families, as well as Hungarian “Friends of Thailand”, totaling about 100 persons, in activities to celebrate the Songkran Festival, the traditional Thai New Year’s Day, at the Ambassador’s Residence.

                   Among the highlights were Buddhist ceremonies, conducted by the abbot of Wat Yannasangvorn in Vienna, which included alms-giving and cleansing of Buddha statue. After the religious ceremonies, the Ambassador of Thailand and his Madame hosted a luncheon of Thai food for all the attendees.
